Rental terms and conditions.

Welcome to 360 Moto Car Rental. By booking or renting a vehicle from us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

To rent a vehicle, customers must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or the minimum legal age required for the selected vehicle category).
• Hold a valid driver's license recognized in Japan.
• International visitors must present: o A valid passport o An International Driving Permit (IDP) issued under the Geneva Convention, or o A driver's license accepted under Japanese law.
• Present a valid credit card or approved payment method.

• Reservations are subject to vehicle availability.
• A reservation is confirmed only after receiving confirmation from our company.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any reservation at our discretion.

• The rental period begins at the agreed pickup time and ends upon the vehicle's return.
• Late returns will incur additional charges.
• If you need to extend your rental, please contact us 10 hrs before the scheduled return time.
• Extensions are subject to availability.

Customers must present:

• Valid driver's license
• Passport (for international visitors)
• Reservation confirmation
• Payment confirmation (if applicable) The renter is responsible for inspecting the vehicle before departure. Any existing damage should be reported immediately.

The vehicle must be returned:

• On the agreed date and time
• At the agreed location
• In substantially the same condition as when rented Failure to return the vehicle on time will result in additional rental charges.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Vehicles are provided with a full fuel tank.
• Please return the vehicle with a full tank.
• If not refueled, refueling charges plus a service fee will apply.

Basic insurance coverage is included unless otherwise specified. Insurance may not cover:

• Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Unauthorized drivers
• Intentional damage
• Reckless or dangerous driving
• Driving on prohibited roads
• Traffic law violations Customers remain responsible for any excess or deductible amount.

In case of an accident: 1. Stop immediately. 2. Contact the police. 3. Contact our emergency support immediately. 4. Do not admit liability. 5. Complete all required accident reports. Failure to report an accident may result in loss of insurance coverage.

The renter is fully responsible for:

• Parking fines
• Speeding tickets
• Toll violations
• Traffic penalties
• Legal costs resulting from violations during the rental period

Only drivers listed in the rental agreement can drive the vehicle. Unauthorized drivers are not covered by insurance.

The vehicle must not be used:

• For racing
• For illegal activities
• For driver training
• To tow another vehicle without permission
• To transport hazardous materials
• Off-road unless specifically permitted

The renter agrees to:

• Drive responsibly.
• Keep the vehicle clean.
• Lock the vehicle when unattended.
• Protect the keys.
• Avoid smoking inside the vehicle unless permitted. Cleaning or deodorizing fees will apply if the vehicle is returned dirty or with strong odors.

The renter is responsible for:

• Damage caused by negligence
• Lost keys
• Lost documents
• Missing accessories
• Tire damage not covered by insurance
• Interior damage Repair costs may be charged accordingly.

Emergency roadside assistance is available during the rental period. Coverage may not apply if the breakdown results from negligence or misuse.

• Cancellation charges will apply if cancels before 24 hrs of pickup time.
• No-show reservations will be charged in full.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the original payment method.

We accept approved payment methods displayed on our website. Additional charges may include:

• Rental extension
• Fuel charges
• Cleaning fees
• Late return fees
• Damage costs
• Traffic fines
• Toll charges

Customer information is collected solely for reservation, rental, legal compliance, and customer service purposes. Personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We shall not be liable for:

• Personal belongings left in the vehicle
• Missed flights or appointments
• Indirect or consequential losses
• Delays caused by weather, traffic, mechanical failure, or unforeseen events

We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or transportation disruptions.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.
